Mogadishu(SONNA): The National Air Force had today on Sunday celebrated on the 60th anniversary since inception in 1960.
During this event, the Air Force units displayed military parades in front of the attendants.
In addition,the event was attended by the Deputy Commander of the Armed Force Brigadier Mohamed Ali Barisse who congratulated the Somali people and all the members of the Air Force, and their families, on the Air Force anniversary which takes place on the 15th of February every year.
The Somali air force was established in 1960 as part of protecting the country.
