Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Commissioner of the Somali Disaster Management Agency (SoDMA), Mohamud Moalim Abdulle received a team from the Somali Medical Association (SMA) at the Headquarters of SoDMA.
Mr. Mahamud briefed the association led by their Chairperson, Dr. Luul Mohamud, on the latest situation with the El Niño and river overflows, and noted that hundreds of people are facing a dire situation and need help.
The SMA said that they have prepared doctors to serve the community free of charge and need help to reach the villages and districts in difficult situations and to have close cooperation with the Agency & doctors.
