Mogadishu(SONNA)-Governor of Mudug region of Puntland State, Ahmed Muse Nur together with three of his body guards was on Sunday killed in a suicide bomb attack north of Galkayo town, SONNA reported.
The suicide bomber used Bajaj auto-rickshaw for carrying out the attack outside Mudug municipality office according to SONNA.
Minister of Information of Federal Republic of Somalia, Mohamed Abdi Hayer(Mareye) condemned the attack in the strongest terms possible, telling the terrorists don’t honour even the holy month of Ramadan.
The terrorist militant group of Al-Shabaab claimed the responsibility of the attack.
