Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Special Envoy for Stabilization and Civilian Protection to the President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Omar Hashi met with the Head of the ICRC delegation in Somalia, Pascal Cuttat.
They discussed a collaborative approach to civilian protection and adherence to the International Humanitarian Law & human rights principles in the war against terrorists.
