Çanakkale, SONNA – Somalia’s Ambassador to Turkey, Fathudin Ali Mohamed, recently visited the Marine Sciences and Fisheries faculty at Çanakkale 18 Mart University. The visit aimed to strengthen cooperation and development projects between Somalia and Turkey in the fisheries sector.
During the visit, Ambassador Fathudin discussed opportunities for collaborative research, technology exchange, and capacity building in fisheries management. The meeting underscored the commitment of both nations to enhancing their partnership in marine sciences and fisheries, seeking to leverage academic and scientific resources to benefit both Somalia and Turkey.
