Mogadishu (SONNA) In press statement from the ministry of information culture and tourism, the government has accused Kenya for violating the sovereignty of Somalia through illegal movements in and out of border towns with Somalia.
Somalia is accusing Kenya of using Kenyan troops forming part of AMISOM forces for violating the sovereignty of the county.
Somalia called this move regrettable and warned this could badly hurt the relation of both countries.
The press statement called the blunt interference from the Kenyan authorities un-acceptable and a gross violation of international treaties.
This comes as Somalia sends troops to Gedo region and border towns to secure it from Al Shabaab and strengthen local administration in those regions.
