Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Speaker of the Parliament of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E Sheikh Adan Mohamed Nur (Madobe) received in his office the newly appointed Ambassador of Ethiopia to Somalia, Amb Mukhtar Mohamed Ware.
The Speaker and the Ambassador discussed strengthening the cooperation between the two nations, and received greetings from the Speaker of the Ethiopian Parliament, urging the Speaker that the two Houses of the Parliaments will work closely.
The Ambassador thanked the Somali parliament and the Government in general for the warm welcome he received and said that he will facilitate the two countries to work in the fields of security and the fight against the Al-Shabaab terrorists.
