Mogadishu (SONNA): The Commander of the Somali Police Force, Brigadier General Asad Osman Abdullahi, received a high-level delegation from the Government of Turkey in Mogadishu.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed enhancing bilateral cooperation in the security sector and strengthening ties between the two governments. Particular emphasis was placed on advancing training programs and building the capacity of the Somali Police Force, especially the elite Haramcad unit.
The engagement reflects ongoing efforts by Somalia and Turkey to deepen collaboration in security and institutional development.
