Mogadishu(SONNA)-Somali National Army on Sunday Morning foiled an attempted suicide car bomb attack at a base in Ba’adweyn location in Mudug region in central Somalia, SONNA reported.
Ismael Mukhtar Omar, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Information told SONNA that two army soldiers martyred while making sacrifice and two others injured.
He said that the army preempted the car bomb before reaching the army checkpoint, confirming that there were no civilians casualties.
