Doha, (SONNA) – The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Abdisalam Abdi Ali, participated on Sunday in the preparatory ministerial meeting for the emergency joint Arab-Islamic summit in Doha, held to address the Israeli attack on Qatar.
The meeting discussed the Israeli attack on Qatar on September 9, emphasizing the importance of Arab and Islamic unity in dealing with the issue and considering a draft resolution scheduled for submission to the summit for adoption on Monday.
The emergency summit is expected to formulate a unified position on the attack, reflecting regional leaders’ concerns over its potential impact on security and stability in the region.
