Barawe, (SONNA) — The Chief of the Somali National Army (SNA), General Odowa Yusuf Rageh, today inaugurated the newly constructed headquarters of the 6th Battalion under the 60th Division of the SNA Ground Forces in Barawe, Lower Shabelle region.
The completion of the facility is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the capacity and leadership structure of the national army, aimed at enhancing coordination and security operations across Lower Shabelle and the wider southern regions of the country.
The Somali National Army continues to reinforce security, rebuild command centers, and consolidate gains made in the fight against terrorism to ensure lasting peace and stability nationwide.
