Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Chief of the Somali National Army (SNA) Gen. Odewa Yusuf Raage, the Director of the National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA), the Chairman of the First-Degree Military Court, the Governor of Hiiraan, and other senior officials joined hundreds of civilians and soldiers for the Eid al-Fitr prayer this morning in Aadan Yabaal, Middle Shabelle region.
The gathering highlighted the government’s solidarity with both security forces and local communities as military operations against Al-Shabaab continue. Officials praised the troops for their sacrifices in securing the country and reaffirmed their commitment to stabilizing and rebuilding liberated areas.
