Mogadishu(SONNA)-Heavy rains of the autumn season started in many areas in Somalia, and affected poor families and internally displaced people in Mogadishu over night, SONNA reported.
Mogadishu municipality officials observed several districts in the capital where overnight heavy rainfalls had negative impacts, causing destruction of several houses and cut main roads while others lay water that suspended the traffic movement.
The officials said the Benadir Regional Administration is trying its best to find solution to the water problems inflicted by rains and build the sewage system well.
