Mogadishu (SONNA)-The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia H.E Hassan Ali Kheyre issued an executive order to urgently allocate a budget of 1 Million USD and Preventive equipment to all regional states to combat COVID 19.
This comes as a response plan After the announcement from the ministry of health of discovering more than 80 cases of coronavirus (COVID 19) in Somalia in the recent days .
Earlier this month, after discovering the first case of corona virus in Somalia, The Prime minister announced of allocating 5 Million USD in combating (COVID 19).
The Somali Government is highly committed in taking all the necessary preventive procedures to eliminate the spread of corona virus (COVID19).
