Prime Minister Hamsa Abdi Barre Inspects National Transformation Plan Center

Mogadishu (SONNA) – The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, Mr. Hamsa Abdi Barre, recently visited the Afisyoone hangar, where preparations for the National Transformation Plan (NTP 2025-2029) are underway. The Prime Minister received a comprehensive report from the experts involved in drafting the plan and toured various laboratories where the work is progressing smoothly. He commended the team for their significant contributions to the nation’s future.

During his visit, Prime Minister Hamsa participated in a practical discussion organized by the Ministry of Health, which included doctors and businessmen. The discussion emphasized the importance of all sectors of society playing a role in the preparation of the National Transformation Plan.

The Prime Minister highlighted the government’s commitment to development, the improvement of government institutions, and the modernization of systems to drive national progress. He mentioned that a review of the structure and laws of executive agencies is being conducted to align Somalia with the developed world. The plan aims for the Dan Qaran government to lead the country towards visible performance improvements that will benefit the community.

Prime Minister Hamsa’s visit shows the government’s dedication to creating a comprehensive and inclusive National Transformation Plan that will shape Somalia’s future.
