Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E Hassan Sheikh Mohamud received Ms. Mama Keita of UNECA and Mr. George Conway, the UN Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General (DSRSG), along with international experts at the State House today.
The discussions focused on the third and final phase of the Centennial Vision 2060 (CV2060) development process, Somalia’s strategic blueprint for achieving upper-middle-income status by 2060.
The President emphasized that CV2060 will serve as the foundation for the National Transformation Plan and subsequent medium-term and sectoral plans until 2060. Also in attendance were members of the National Economic Council of Somalia.
