Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E Hassan Sheikh Mohamud attended a ceremony held in Mogadishu for honouring and remembering the first President of our country, H.E Aden Abdulle Osman.
In his speech at a prayer and remembrance gathering honoring Somalia’s first President Aden Abdulle Osman, held in Mogadishu, President Hassan Sheikh commended his legacy of good governance and democracy.
The nation’s founding father set an example for African leaders by being the first African leader to peacefully transfer power after losing an election.
