Mogadishu(SONNA)-President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo on Tuesday ordered the executive branch to set up a National Committee to respond and help people hit by the rainy floods in Qardho town in Puntland State as soon as possible, SONNA reported.
” We’re sharing the sadness and difficulties with People in Qardho town, we also take part in rescuing poor families that had an impact of the problem of the floods, we call for our people, in particular, those in rural areas to take care of the floods as we are in the rainy season”, President Farmajo said in a statement.
The President prayed the dead people to rest their soul in peace and wished the injured ones for quick recovery.
