Mogadishu (SONNA) — The Minister of Planning, Investment and Economic Development of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Mohamud Beenebeene, today met at his office with a high-level delegation from the World Food Programme (WFP), led by Matthew Hollingworth, Assistant Executive Director for Program Operations, to strengthen collaboration on food security, nutrition, and resilience.
Discussions focused on aligning WFP’s Country Strategic Plan with NTP 2025_2029, strengthening national systems, and mobilizing resources amid declining global aid.
