Mogadishu, (SONNA): The Director of the National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) of Somalia, Mr. Abdullahi Mohamed Ali (Sanbaloolshe), welcomed a delegation from the Tanzania Intelligence and Security Service (TISS) led by its Director, Mr. Suleiman Abubakar Mombo, to Mogadishu for a two-day official visit.

During the visit, the two sides signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at enhancing collaborative efforts to counter the threats posed by terrorist organizations. The discussions focused on strengthening the exchange of critical information and intelligence, which are vital to maintaining and improving security in the region.

The signing of the MoU marks a significant step forward in the ongoing efforts of both agencies to work together in addressing common security challenges and fostering a safer environment for their respective countries.

The delegation was warmly received in Mogadishu, reflecting the commitment of both nations to deepen their cooperation and share best practices in intelligence and security operations.
