Mogadishu (SONNA) -The new US Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E Larry Andrey, arrived in Mogadishu on Monday.
The US Embassy in Mogadishu said on Twitter that it was very interested in working with the Somali government and its people.
In April 2021, US President Joe Biden appointed Larry Andrey as the new US Ambassador to Somalia.
It is noteworthy that the new US Ambassador to Somalia was once the US Ambassador to the Republic of Djibouti and Mauritania, and joined the US State Department in 1990.
