Mogadishu (SONNA) -The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Federal Government of Somalia has suspended all contracts with private companies to employ Somali workers abroad.
A decree issued by the state minister in the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs annulled all previous agreements with the private sector to recruit Somali workers to work abroad.
State Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Mr. Abdi Ahmed Qasim, conveyed this to the relevant authorities, urging the Immigration and Neutralization Agency not to allow travel for individuls to work abroad.
