Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Da’ud Aweys Jama, Deputy Minister Abdirahman Yusuf Omar Al-Adala, Director-General Abdullahi Hayir Du’ale, department directors and staff of the ministry have extended their heartfelt condolences to the family and relatives of the late Maryan Naasir Ali, a distinguished member of Somalia’s national artists.
Maryan Naasir Ali passed away in Mogadishu, leaving behind a legacy celebrated within the Somali arts community.
Minister Da’uud Aweys conveyed his personal condolences to the family, children and the wider arts fraternity, praying that Allah grants the deceased His mercy and Jannah, and bestows patience and faith upon all those mourning her loss.
“Innaa Lillaahi wa Innaa Ilayhi Raajicuun.”
