Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E Ahmed Moalim Fiqi today presented the Civil Registration and Vital Statistics bill to the Lower House of Representatives.
The bill contains 6 chapters and 46 articles covering the registration of births, deaths, marriage, divorce and more.
