Mogadishu(SONNA)-Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Daud Aweis Jama on Wednesday received United Nations Development Program’s Resident Representative to Somalia, Jocelyn Mason at his office.
The Minister said that they discussed about the Ministry’s progress in public awareness actives, especially in the fields of security, politics, social affairs, reconciliation, peace and stability.
“I Met at my office with UNDP Somalia Resident Representative Mr. Jocelyn Mason. Discussed about the ministry’s progress in public awareness activities, especially in the fields of security, politics, social affairs, reconciliation, peace and stability”, the Minister said.
UNDP Chief applauded the Ministry’ role in raising awareness to the public, promising that they would take their role in enhancing support to Somalia.
