Riyadh, (SONNA) – The Federal Minister of Labour and Social Affairs of Somalia, Hon. Yusuf Mohamed Adan, is participating in the 7th International Conference on Occupational Safety and Health, currently being held in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The high-level forum brings together global leaders and experts to discuss ways to enhance workplace safety and health, with a focus on preventing occupational accidents and diseases.
In his address, Minister Yusuf reaffirmed Somalia’s commitment to improving occupational safety standards. He underscored the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to establish the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health as a key step toward building safer, healthier work environments throughout the country.
