Mogadishu,(SONNA) – The Minister of Internal Security of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E Abdullahi Sheikh ismael (Fartaag) and a delegation he led arrived in Baghdad, the capital of Iraq. The visit marks a significant step toward strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries, particularly in the areas of security cooperation and counterterrorism efforts.
The delegation received a warm welcome in Baghdad from senior officials of the Iraqi Ministry of Interior. During their stay, the delegation is expected to hold high-level meetings with key Iraqi government officials to discuss strategies for enhancing collaboration in addressing shared security challenges.
