Mogadishu (SONNA): Hundreds of youths from the Banaadir region gathered tonight at the Taleex junction in Hodan district to stage a peaceful demonstration under the slogan “Voice of the Capital,” expressing their commitment to preserving peace, stability, and the unity of the Somali people.
The youths delivered a strong message to the Somali public, declaring that Mogadishu remains a symbol of peace and national unity, and stressing that any attempt to undermine the security and stability of the capital would not be accepted.
The gathering reflected the youths’ sense of patriotism, political maturity, and their growing role in supporting state-building, peace, and the country’s overall development.
