Mogadishu, (SONNA) – Galmudug State President Ahmed Abdi Kaariye (Qor Qor) chaired a meeting on strengthening the security of Harardhere district and the liberation of other areas of Galmudug which are under the control of the Al-Shabab terrorists.
The meeting was attended by the Minister of Defense of the Federal Government of Somalia, Abdikadir Mohamed Nur, the commander of the Infantry of the Somali National Army, Gen. Mohamed Tahlil Bihi, the administration of the district and officers of the SNA.
The President listened to reports from the army on their plans to fight the terrorist militants and their missions to eradicate the Al-Shabab militia.
The Somali army and the local forces are still in pursuit of the remnants of Al-Shabab terrorists in other parts of Galmudug State.
