Mogadishu, (SONNA) – Abdi Mohamed Araye, a former ringleader of the Al-Shabaab terrorists known as Abdirashid surrendered to the Somali National Army in Bulo-Marer area in the Lower Shabelle region.
Abdi was part of the terrorist militants for 14 years and was responsible for extorting the people in the Lower Shabelle region.
