MOGADISHU, (SONNA) – The Director General of the Ministry of Investment Planning and Economic Development of the Federal Government of Somalia, Mr. Asad Yusuf, chaired a meeting on the progress of the FSNAU / SWALIM Phases of transfer agreement. It was attended by the Directors General of the Ministries of Agriculture and Irrigation, Energy and Water Resources and the Director General of the National Statistics Agency on Saturday.
Among the issues discussed at the meeting were the transfer of data and the development of the FSAUN/SWALIM system, as well as the coordination and strengthening of cooperation between the relevant agencies.
Finally, the officials discussed how to expedite the transfer of information to the Somali government, which will strengthen the National Statistics Agency, which is responsible for storing, compiling and disseminating information about our country.
