Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Deputy Commissioner of the Somali Disaster Management Agency (SoDMA) Dr. Ahmed A. Adan today inaugurated a three-day consultation workshop regarding District flood contingency in Baladweyne and Hirshabelle for potential flooding during the monsoon season and how to prepare for it technically and materially.
The workshop was organized by the Disaster Risk Reduction of Somali Disaster Management Agency and supported by the Food and Agriculture Organization Somalia.
