Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Commissioner of the Somali Disaster Management Agency (SoDMA), Mahamuud Moallim presided over a meeting discussing the Country Humanitarian Forum (CHF) preparations, and ending cash programs for IDPs due to their negative impact.
The agency approved a plan to exchange cash for vocational training to achieve financial independence. The meeting aimed to expedite ongoing projects and was attended by high-ranking executives of the Agency.
