NISA Director General Arrives in Guriceel to Advance Security and Stabilization Efforts

Guriceel, (SONNA) — The Director General of the National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA), Mr. Mahad Mohamed Salad, today arrived in Guriceel District of Galgaduud Region as part of his ongoing working tour to strengthen security and stabilization efforts in northern Galgaduud.

The Director General and his delegation were warmly received by district officials, ministers from the Galmudug State administration, youth representatives, and traditional elders.

During his visit, the NISA chief is expected to hold meetings with local authorities, civil society representatives, and security officials to discuss measures aimed at enhancing security, accelerating stabilization efforts, and strengthening cooperation between security institutions and local communities.

The visit forms part of the Director General’s ongoing ground tour of northern Galgaduud, which is focused on reinforcing security coordination and promoting lasting peace across the region.
