Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Acting President and the Speaker of the Parliament of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E Sheikh Adan Mohamed Noor (Madobe) held a meeting with the British Ambassador Mrs. Kate Foster.
Amb. Kate Foster said that their government greatly welcomes the reconciliation meeting called by the Speaker which is expected to take place in Baidoa the interim Capital of Southwest State. Mrs. Kate also said that she supports the development of the Somali Parliament.
The Acting President highlighted the efforts of the British government in supporting the Somali government, and the reconciliation conference in the Southwest areas.
