Galgadud (SONNA)-A delegation led by Galmudug State President H.E Ahmed Abdi Kariye (qorqor) arrived in Adado district of Galgaduud region, where they were warmly received by the administration and the people of the district and members of Galmudug state councils, SONNA reported.
The President was accompanied by the Minister of Interior, Reconciliation and Federalism Abdi Mohamed Jama, and the Attorney General of Galmudug State Abdiaziz Nur.
President (qorqor)thanked the people of Adado district for the warm welcome and described Adado as the fundamental of Galmudug’s unity.
The President urged the intellectuals and cultural leaders to participate in social peace building, and praised the people of Adado district for the efforts they have done to make Adado district prosper.
The president’s visit was focused on security and reconciliation issues and is expected to hold meetings with various sectors of society.
