Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E Hamza Abdi Barre attended an Iftar dinner to thank the leadership of the federal parliament, lawmakers, and the two constitution committees for the amendments and the adoption of the first four chapters of the constitution.
During the event, the Prime Minister delivered a speech affirming that it is time for all Somali people to unite in the development of the country, moving forward, and not to accept any actions that can harm the country’s sovereignty and unity.
The PM reaffirmed that the government is ready to listen to those who have concerns and address them, but it is not acceptable for any attempts to halt the decisions made by constitutional institutions.
