Mogadishu(SONNA)-President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Hassan Sh. Mohamud said Tuesday that Somali National Army was ready to move faster to pursue operations against Al-Shabaab militants and liberate remaining areas in the country.
“We welcome your return back home, we will engage in preparing military movement against the enemy. We intend to pursue new operations aimed at liberating the remaining areas fast and end it within short period”, President Hassan said, speaking to soldiers trained in Eritrea at a base in Mogadishu.
The President thanked Eritrean Government for expressing support to the people and Government of Somalia.
