Mogadishu(SONNA)-Somali National Army on Saturday killed 76 terrorist fighters of Al-Shabaab and captured 10 others alive after group’s attempted attacks to overrun SNA bases in Barire and Awdhegle towns in lower Shabelle region, SONNA reported.
Mohamed Tahlil Bihi, SNA Infantry Commander told Somali National Television that the army foiled the terrorists’ plot against the army.
The Commander didn’t comment on whether were casualties on SNA soldiers and civilians during the coordinated terrorist attacks by Al-Shabaab.
