Garowe, (SONNA) – The people in Garowe, Dangorayo and Godobjiran districts of Nugaal region in Somalia’s Puntland State have started to cast their votes to elect local councillors starting from 6 am in the morning.
The administration of Puntland has already conducted votes in 33 districts for constituencies making Garowe, Dangorayo and Godobjiran the final three districts.
