Mogadishu(SONNA)-Three terrorist militant group of Al-Shabaab surrendered to Somali National Army based at Ba’ad weyn location near the port town on Hobyo in Mudug region in Galmudug State Friday afternoon, SONNA reported.
Abdiaziz Abdullahi Abdi, SNA Commander for sector 21st, told Somali National News Agency that these members decided to leave from the terrorist group Al-Shabaab and had contact with them.
Mr. Abdi stated that SNA forces would welcome and treat well to anyone of the militant group of Al-Shabaab, intending to benefit from the amnesty offer made by the Somali President, Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo.
