Mogadishu (SONNA) Director of the Somali National News Agency SONNA, Mr. Ismail Omar Oranjo sends his best wishes to the staff of SONNA on the 58th anniversary of its establishment.
Director Oranjo spoke about the various situations that SONNA has gone through and said are planning to develop new media programs that shed light on the country’s current developments and progress.

At last ,The Director expressed optimism that by the end of 2022, the news Agency will be able to progress and in line with international agencies under his leadership.
The Somali National News Agency (SONNA) is state-run news agency and one of the main sources of news since establishment in 1964, under the supervision of the Ministry of Information, Culture, and Tourism.
