Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Auditor General of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E Ahmed Issa Guutale had a digital meeting with the Vice President of the Tunisian Court of Accounts and Deputy Secretary of the Arab Organisation of Supreme Audit Institution (ARABOSAI), Mr. Hatem Al-Selini.
The meeting discussed importance of strengthening the relationship and joint cooperation of the member countries of the Arab Organisation of Supreme Audit Institution and how to achieve common goals.
The Auditor General emphasised his commitment to the development and strengthening of the relationship that Somalia has with the ARABOSAI and the members of the organisation.
Mr. Hatem Al-Selini said that he hopes that this meeting will be the beginning of a fruitful collaboration between the General Audit Office of Somalia and the ARABOSAI to help improve the quality and performance of the Office, supporting efforts to combat corruption and protection of public property.
