Mogadishu(SONNA)-President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo has on Tuesday taken Covid_19 vaccine at the State House after the vaccine arrived in the capital Mogadishu Monday, SONNA reported.
The President said on Twitter Post that the Government continues distributing it to ensure the protection of our citizens especially Frontline workers.
The Ministry of Health will build on its extensive, long experience in conducting massvaccination drives, educate the public in order to gain their support and raise awareness about
the value and effectiveness of the vaccine, and utilize existing cold chain supply systems todistribute the vaccines according to a joint statement.
