Mogadishu(SONNA)-State Minister for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Government of Somalia, Ali Mohamed Omar on Saturday warned Ethiopia against breaching for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Somalia while seeking access to the sea unlawfully.
“Being home to 120 million people does not give Ethiopia the right to breach neighboring sovereignty or unlawfully seek access to the sea. Destabilizing the region only deepens Ethiopia’s own fragility and challenges; stability is in everyone’s best interest, especially Ethiopia’s”, Omar said on X.
