Mogadishu(SONNA)-The Somali National Army(SNA) Commandos have carried out a planned operation against Al-Shabaab militants in Jilib Marka area of Lower Shabelle region, SONNA reported.
In the operation, the army managed to destroy a car bomb that was set by the terrorist group to harm the somali community.
The operation took place in the early hours of the morning with the aim of dismantling the plots of the enemy against the Somali people.
The troops also managed to reache the hideouts of the terrorist Group Al-Shabaab militants as an Official leading the operation told the National Media that the operation was aimed at stoping an attempt that the militant planned to carry out in the Somali Capital Mogadishu.
