Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E Hamza Abdi Barre appointed Kamaludiin Dahir Hassan Gutale as the new Permanent Secretary to the OPM.
The Prime Minister also appointed Abdirizak Ali Ibrahim as the Deputy Permanent Secretary of the OPM and the Director of Protocol as Mahad Mohamed Omar.
