Prime Minister Hamza who was speaking at an event held in the Yaqshid district of Mogadishu thanked the committee that worked on the independence week and said that the improved security of the country and in the capital suggests more safety because of the place the event was held last night.

“The fact that we are in Yaqshid district at this hour reflects the change in the security of the capital. We are on the way to victory, especially the people of Mogadishu, there is hope that the fear of the terrorists has gone from our hearts. If we want to win against the terrorists, we must remove their fear from our hearts,” said PM Hamza.

The Prime Minister said that our country has been put behind by favoritism for the past 63 years leading to corruption and crooked politicians, but the government is taking strong measures to eradicate corruption and bad governance.
