Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Prime Minister of the Government of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E Hamza Abdi Barre, today inspected the Center of the Immigration and Naturalization Directorate, where he held meetings with the management and staff of the Agency.
The Prime Minister spoke about the ongoing work of the Agency, assessing the fruits of the change in the leadership of the Immigration and Naturalization Directorate to accelerate the services it provides to the people and the Somali government.
The director of the Immigration and Naturalization Directorate, informed the Prime Minister about the development plan of the agency during his short term in office, saying that it has marked an administration free from corruption and abuse of power.
The Prime Minister said that the new Director will be needed to further develop the Immigration and Naturalization Agency which is the face, reputation, and dignity of the nation and is the link between Somalia and the rest of the world, which makes it necessary to maintain the reputation of representing Somalia and its competition in the world.
