Baidoa (SONNA) – His Excellency Mohamed Hussein Roble, Attended the 3rd Anniversary of the Election of the President of the Southwest State of Somalia H.E Abdiaziz Hassan Mohamed (Lafta-gareen), he said that there is a delay in the electoral process.
PM Roble said that the election process are still slow and called for the elections to be expedited, and instructed members of the regional administrations to expedite the elections to bring about change in the country. He said the National Consultative Assembly would soon convene on election issues to clarify the timing of the official elections will conclude.
The PM also spoke on the current state of affairs in the country. The PM addressed the droughts in parts of the country and asked the people to support the needy.
